Linksys BEFSR41 Ver3 - remote host not responding

We are using Contivity client for our VPN access to our office. At home we have installed the Linksys BEFSR41 Ver3.

When we launch the client to connect and establish the tunnel, we keep getting remote host not responding. We have tried the connection straight without the router and the connection works just fine. This problem occurs only with this exact type of router, the wireless and the previous version of this router has no problems. Any suggestions will help.
Typically in order to establish an IPsec VPN connection through a NAT router like the Linksys, one must enable IPsec Pass Through. Probably in a different version of the Linksys box this parameter was enabled by default. Please lookup the Linksys router documentation on how to enable IPsec Pass-Thru. That should solve your problem.
