Curious you should ask this question, because Cisco has prepared a discussion on this very topic. Go to www.cisco.com/go/ccna to get to the CCNA home page. There, click the link that reads CCNA Instant Answers. On the page that pops up in response, you'll find an entry that reads "Differences between the CCNA 640-801 Exam and the CCNA 640-607 Exam." Click the link to get Cisco's take on those differences. The short version of their reply seems to be that if you get the ICND study guide (Exam 640-811) and learn those materials, that will teach you what you need to know to use the rest of your 640-607 knowledge on the new exam.
