Is it true that SUS only supports English and Japanese clients?

I'm confused over the languages supported by Software Update Services (SUS). Is it true that SUS only supports English and Japanese clients?

  • SUS is available in both English and Japanese in terms of the server component
  • SUS supports a client computer running any locale, not just English and Japanese.
