How to share two T1s on one router

I have a Cisco 1760 router with two T1 WICs and two T1 lines. Can you tell me if how to share both T1s for load balancing and also for failover capabilities? Thank you.

Load balance and failover are a function of the capabilities of your switch/router, and I am NOT familiar with that model. You should first check the manual and see if those capabilities are present. Cisco's online help is very good, and that should be your second stop.
