Q

How many users of Class-A networks?

Do you have any idea how many users are using Class-A network in the world?
No. but the IP range is 1.0.0.0 ? 126.255.255.255. From this you can assign 16,777,214 addresses. You would have to determine how many users are on each assigned network (Which would be virtually impossible).
