We encourage you to read our Privacy Policy which contains important disclosures about how we collect and use your registration and other information. You should still mention them, but you should also indicate their expiration dates. If you have any plans to recertify, or the desire to do so if employer funding/support is made available, you should address that in the cover letter that accompanies your resume. If you don't mind my asking, given that passing any CCIE written exam automatically renews all Cisco certs, did you consider this as an option before letting your certs lapse? Feel free to e-mail your response directly to me at etittel@techtarget.com.
