How do I access Windows Server 2003 remotely if I've lost my admin password?

I cannot locate my Windows Server 2003 Client Access License (CAL). After my manager left, I had to rebuild/reinstall the server and now cannot find the admin password to access Windows Server 2003 remotely. What should I do?
