I am looking for FTP Server that will fit our needs. Do you have any suggestions? We are constantly uploading large amount of data, and security is important to us.

It depends on the requirements. If security is your primary concern where fast processing is the key objective, then I would probably recommend an SFTP server. Without a better understanding of the exact requirements, I would recommend that you investigate a few options to tailor them to your needs. You can install an SFTP server from the following commercial vendors with relative ease and comfort.

SFTPPlus – a commercial SFTP server that will allow you to audit and automate ftp uploads.

SSH also has an SFTP server option.
