How can I connect two hosts in two different sub-nets using a switch to communicate with each other? Is it possible to connect two different networks using switch to make them communicate?

To connect two hosts in two different subnets, you’re going to need a route. While switches create a network subnet, routers are needed to connect two network subnets. Traceroute will be your friend to help determine the route taken for each of the machines.
