If we have a server in US and mirrored to a CDN network...then is there any advantage or benefit in using DNS made easy or dyn.com?

For your environment, it is not clear whether external DNS services would benefit you. I would need more information. For a single server mirrored to a CDN network, I see no real tangible benefits. But for managing hundreds to thousands of servers globally, DNS services offered by DNS Made Easy and DYN.com would reduce the headache of managing DNS.
