there anywhere to download the new format CCNA exam as a test prep? I have plenty of the old style but would like to look at the new style questions.

There are several ways you can scratch this itch. You can see Todd Lammle's simulator by obtaining the Cisco Study Guide (Wendell Odom, ISBN: 0735709718) or Todd's latest title on 640-607 (ISBN 0782141676) or his CCNA Virtual Lab (0782130186). Also, my August "Learning Tools" column for Certification magazine deals with virtual labs, and covers numerous training companies that offer online or CBT Cisco virtual labs for 640-607 among lots of other stuff. Practice test vendors are starting to catch up with the Cisco simulator, too. I understand that Transcender can now match this functionality, and that MeasureUp and SelfTest intend to do so in the next 30-60 days.
