Does having a CCNA and MCSE equal a higher-paying job?

I'm doing my pre-final year in engineering. How helpful will it be if I get a CCNA certificate or MCSE certificate to fetch a high-paying job?

Certifications coupled with field experience and/or related degrees are an excellent (and sometimes essential) means to get your foot in the door and ultimately get you an increased salary. In fact, many hiring employers keep the hiring wages negotiable based upon these factors.
