Can you please tell me the key issues involved in constructing and managing a multimedia network?

depends on the network. Are you connecting multiple offices? If you are connecting multiple offices you will need ISDN lines that give you at least 384Kbs of bandwidth. Once you have this you will need the equipment. Start with Polycom for some proposals and then contact some smaller vendors. Once you have it up and running you should't have too much management issues (Unless the ISDN lines go down.)
