Almost all of the Cisco routers provide security in one form or the other. All of the Cisco routers have Access-lists to be configured for controlling access and filtering the packets. So it would basically depend upon your requirement of how many interfaces and in what combination you would like to have on the router. Normally for a mid-size enterprise the 2600 series and 3700 series routers are good options.
