My PC is connected to the Internet using a SDL connection and I cannot update my antivirus definitions. Any suggestions?

I think this might have something to do with the client, firewall or gateway. If you are connected to the Internet fine then you should not have any problems pulling definition files from your provider. Check with your antivirus provider and make sure your subscription has not expired.
