We have two Cisco 1721 routers with wic1dsu cards hooked by a 256k partial T line. Location A can ping location B and all of B's network, B can ping location A's router but not much else. I can resolve a Web domain name from A but cannot ping it? What do I need to configure on A to get out to the Internet and elsewhere.

It seems that you are using static routes for between the locations. Check if all routers have the correct routes. Further check the subnet masks and default gateway on both the location routers and machines on location B.
