Siemon. The TERA and GG45 are two separate styles of connectors. The GG45 is more like an RJ45. The TERA fits in the same footprint as the RJ45, but has four fully shielded quandrants. You can buy patch cables that are in one, two and four pair configurations, so you could have two 10/100 connections out of one or one gigabit out of one outlet.
